Zagoriy Foundation publishes “Charitable Giving as Viewed by Ukrainians in 2021”
The Zagoriy Foundation has published “Charitable Giving as Viewed by Ukrainians in 2021” a study analysing key trends in charity in Ukraine and identifying key points for potential growth of the sector.
The study describes the state of charity in Ukraine in 2021 and follows similar research conducted in 2019 and contains an in-depth analysis of how people engage in charitable giving and why they avoid helping others. The study found in 2021 that 67% of Ukrainians have been involved in charitable giving, up from 60% in 2019. The survey was conducted by the Ukrainian Center for Public Opinion Research and commissioned by the Zagoriy Foundation during June-July 2021.
