In its six years of experience, INSPIRE has engaged 95 philanthropy practitioners from 14 countries in Central and Eastern Europe, with 55 of them graduating a philanthropy advising educational program and over 50 stayed engaged and participated in at least 3 program activities.

Mission

Support further development of INSPIRE as a peer learning network for advancing and expanding the practice of philanthropy infrastructure
professionals and leaders in the Central and Eastern Europe.
Help build individual leadership and resilience of INSPIRE practitioners in Central and South Eastern Europe within their own context – support reflection and
strategising practices through access to philanthropic leadership retreats and fellowships, participation in self-led development initiatives, consulting and coaching in the area of strategic thinking.
Increase knowledge sharing and connections between philanthropy infrastructure professionals in Central and Eastern Europe and the
support infrastructure for philanthropy in Europe and internationally. INSPIRE does this mainly by developing and communicating case studies and visual maps from the region and connecting them with the frameworks for thinking on philanthropy infrastructure at the European level and internationally.
