Foundation of Luxembourg

The Foundation of  Luxembourg was created by the State of Luxembourg and the Oeuvre Nationale de Secours Grande-Duchesse Charlotte with the mission to promote and facilitate private philanthropic engagement. It acts as umbrella foundation enabling private individuals and companies from all over Europe to create their personalized foundations under its aegis.

Mission

By providing information and advice and by developing specific tools and structures, the Fondation de Luxembourg seeks to encourage, support and guide donors (both individuals and companies) who wish to make a long-term commitment to the development of significant philanthropic projects.
