Climate Action Fund
The Climate Action Fund is supporting communities across the UK as they take action on climate change. Created by the National Lottery Community Fund, the Fund will see National Lottery funding used to support projects that seek to work together, share learning and be catalysts for broader and transformative change in tackling climate change.
The selected projects will aim to reduce the carbon footprint of communities, and support community led movements that can demonstrate what is possible when people take the lead in tackling climate change. Worth £100 million over 10 years, the initial 14 grants were announced on 17 August.
